We offer consulting and digital tools to support the planning, structuring, and implementation of projects. The specific content and scope of services are defined in the respective service description.
The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided content and tools for their own projects. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited in amount to the typical, foreseeable damage.
For chargeable services, the prices stated at the time of contract conclusion apply. Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed. The right of withdrawal is governed by statutory provisions.
Contracts can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month. The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.
We reserve the right to adjust these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner via email. If an objection is raised within 4 weeks of notification, the contractual relationship ends.
